Refund Policy — BackTeeLabs LLC

BackTeeLabs LLC sells digital products and online courses that provide access immediately after purchase or enrollment.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Failure to use or complete the course
• Dissatisfaction with the level of improvement or results

2. Exceptions Required by Law

If you live in a jurisdiction that grants mandatory consumer rights for digital content (for example, certain EU/UK regulations), those rights apply where required by law. In those cases, any statutory rights you have cannot be waived.

If such laws apply, we will honor those rights in the manner and time frame required.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or were charged more than once, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and correct any confirmed billing errors.
